We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Design Professional to support design and documentation efforts on construction projects ranging from residential and commercial developments to infrastructure and industrial facilities. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with architects, engineers, and project managers to develop technical drawings, support project planning, and ensure design intent aligns with construction feasibility and regulatory compliance.

QUALIFICATION:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture (recently completed )
  • Internship experience in a design, construction, or architectural office is a plus but not required
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Enthusiasm for design and construction, with a willingness to grow in a collaborative environment
  • LEED Green Associate or OSHA 10 certification is a plus but not required

REQUIREMENTS:

  • A strong portfolio of academic or internship projects demonstrating technical and creative abilities
  • Advance in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or Civil 3D and etc.
  • Understanding of architectural and construction documentation
  • Eagerness to learn building codes, technical standards, and real-world construction processes
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Attention to detail and willingness to accept feedback for professional growth

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month
