Qualifications:

  • Licensed/Registered Professional Mechanical Engineer.
  • Strong Background and understanding of MEFPS system.
  • Proven experience as a client or owner representative on large-scale projects.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical design, codes, and standards.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills for working with multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent the client/owner in all mechanical engineering matters throughout the design, construction, and commissioning phases.
  • Review, validate, and sign electrical documents to ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and project requirements.
  • Serve as the primary mechanical engineering authority on behalf of the client/owner.
  • Review and evaluate mechganical design submissions, including power distribution, lighting, grounding, fire alarm, and data systems.
  • Approve and sign electrical drawings, calculations, and specifications as required.
  • Ensure all designs comply with national and international codes and standards.
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities to efficiently resolve technical issues.
  • Can review the mechanical design submission (HVAC, plumbing works, fire protections, piping, and equipment layout.
  • Support commissioning, testing, and acceptance of the mechanical system.
