Key Responsibilities:

  • File Transfer Management: Oversee end-to-end file transfer processes, configure protocols, and collaborate with teams to meet requirements.
  • System Monitoring: Monitor systems for performance and security, troubleshoot issues, and optimize protocols.
  • Security and Compliance: Implement security measures, ensure compliance with regulations, and conduct audits.
  • Documentation: Maintain documentation of processes and generate performance reports.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends and identify opportunities for optimization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Proven experience in managed file transfer or data integration.
  • Knowledge of FTP, SFTP, FTPS, NDM, HTTP/S protocols.
  • Working knowledge of Attunity tool for data replication
  • Familiarity with file encryption and secure transfer practices.
  • Experience with MFT tools (e.g., IBM Sterling, Connect:Direct).
  • Understanding of network protocols and security concepts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to data security.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CFTP) are a plus.
  • Working knowledge of Python, shell, Perl.
