Core Purpose:

Responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and recording all inventory and costing transactions to ensure accurate financial reporting, proper internal controls, and compliance with accounting standards.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Recording & Monitoring
  • Ensure all GR/RR (Goods Receipt / Receiving Reports) and GI (Goods Issue) are properly recorded.
  • Reconcile physical inventory counts with book balances.
  • Monitor inventory movements between commissary, restaurants, cake shop, and coffee shop.
  • Track spoilages, transfers, adjustments, and employee charges.
  • Costing & COGS
  • Maintain recipe costing and update standard costs based on actual purchases.
  • Monitor variances between standard cost and actual cost.
  • Ensure COGS calculation follows: Beginning Inventory + Purchases – Ending Inventory.
  • Generate reports on food cost %, wastage, and profitability per outlet.
  • Reporting
  • Prepare Inventory Subsidiary Ledger and reconcile with General Ledger.
  • Submit daily/weekly/monthly inventory and costing reports.
  • Assist in preparing financial statements by ensuring accurate cost allocations.
  • Controls & Compliance
  • Validate completeness of supporting documents (RR, DR, inventory count sheets).
  • Ensure compliance with BIR regulations and company SOPs.
  • Implement internal controls to prevent pilferage, overstocking, and discrepancies.
  • Collaboration
  • Work with Procurement for price monitoring and supplier cost variances.
  • Coordinate with Operations for actual usage vs. standard recipe costing.
  • Support Finance in variance analysis and budgeting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
