About the role

Access Healthcare Services Manila, Inc. is seeking a dedicated QA Specialist to join our healthcare BPO team in Taguig City, Metro Manila. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our customer service and support operations, playing a crucial role in upholding our commitment to excellence.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance processes and procedures to monitor and improve the performance of our customer service and support teams
  2. Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  3. Provide detailed feedback and coaching to customer service representatives to enhance their skills and adherence to quality standards
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address root causes of quality issues
  5. Maintain detailed records and generate reports on quality metrics and trends
  6. Continuously evaluate and recommend enhancements to our quality assurance program

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a quality assurance or quality control role, preferably in a healthcare or BPO environment
  2. Strong understanding of quality management principles, methods, and tools
  3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address quality issues
  4. Proficient in data analysis and report generation
  5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide effective feedback and training
  6. Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
