Tender Analyst

The Tender Analyst (Supervisory Level) supports the end-to-end bid and tender management process by providing detailed analysis, data validation, pricing computation, and documentation assistance. This position plays a key role in ensuring that Inland Corporation's tender submissions are accurate, competitive, and compliant with client requirements.

The role involves close coordination with Operations, Finance, and Sales Teams to collect technical and commercial data necessary for successful tender preparation and submission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the preparation of bids and tender documents from start to completion.
• Conduct detailed analysis of client requirements, pricing structures, and bid specifications.
• Coordinate with internal departments (Operations, Finance, Sales) to gather and validate tender information.
• Compute pricing and prepare cost analyses to ensure competitive yet profitable submissions.
• Review and validate tender documents for accuracy and compliance with client and company standards.
• Maintain tender databases, pricing templates, and bid performance reports.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve tender processes and win rates.
• Ensure confidentiality of sensitive commercial and financial data.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in tender management, pricing, or business analysis within a logistics or freight forwarding company.
• Supervisory experience is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Incoterms, freight cost structures, and logistics operations is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of CRM or ERP systems is an advantage.
