Our partner is a leading manufacturer, celebrated for its wide array of high-quality products They are considered one of Australia and New Zealand's largest manufacturers, employing over 7,000 people across 40 sites, and expanding in Manila office

They are seeking a
Senior Finance Analyst
to assist in providing financial insights, analysis, and strategic recommendations to drive business performance. This role partners with cross-functional teams to optimize profitability, support decision-making, and enhance financial processes. The analyst will focus on commercial and operational finance, along with business case development to support growth.

This role is hybrid and will be working in the ASW BGC. Standard working hours will follow Australian time from 8 AM to 5 PM. You will be expected to work on a hybrid model of 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and analyse new business and tender P&Ls, ensuring alignment with key stakeholders and clear communication of financial impacts.
  • Provide insights into P&L performance, identifying value drivers and opportunities for improvement.
  • Build dynamic, easy-to-use financial models to support scenario planning and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with portfolio and channel leads to evaluate new business initiatives and long-term growth strategies.
  • Deliver timely and accurate reporting to support the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) cycle, including NPD tracking.
  • Ensure action items from planning cycles are completed on time by following up with responsible stakeholders.
  • Support and promote a strong safety culture through regular participation in safety initiatives, training, and reporting.

Skills, Experience & Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 5–10 years of experience in Financial Analysis, ideally within the manufacturing industry
  • Proven background in manufacturing environments with strong product costing expertise
  • Proficient in ERP systems, with a preference for SAP
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills; Tableau experience is an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced setting
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Proven ability to build and maintain effective internal and external relationships
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic, solutions-focused mindset.
