JOB SUMMARY:

We're hiring a detail-oriented and reliable Field Auditor to conduct audits across various retail store locations. This position plays a critical role in ensuring compliance with company standards, verifying inventory accuracy, and supporting loss prevention efforts. Your insights will help drive operational improvements and ensure consistency across the organization.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Perform in-person audits at store locations, focusing on inventory control, cash handling, and overall operational compliance
  • Assess store performance against internal policies and standard operating procedures
  • Prepare detailed audit reports that highlight findings, discrepancies, and recommendations
  • Communicate effectively with store teams to gather data, clarify observations, and present audit outcomes
  • Monitor the implementation of corrective actions based on audit results
  • Provide practical recommendations to improve efficiency, minimize losses, and enhance adherence to company standards

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of audit experience (retail audit experience preferred)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel frequently for field audits

WORK SCHEDULE:

  • Monday: Report and audit preparation day at the Head Office (Sta. Cruz, Manila)
  • Tuesday to Saturday: Fieldwork and store visits as scheduled

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php20,000.00 per month
