Job Summary: Reporting to the Specialist, Chief Software Architect, and Software Manager. Software Developers are responsible for the development, enhancement, and maintenance of GSS's Software Applications.

Job Description:

  • Software application designing, building, or maintaining.
  • Using Scripting or authoring languages, management tools, and content creation tools and applications.
  • Conferring with teams to resolve conflicts, prioritize needs, develop content criteria, or choose solutions.
  • Developing or validating test routines and schedules to ensure that the test cases mimic external interfaces and address all browser and device types.
  • Evaluating code to ensure it meets industry standards.
  • Determining user needs by analyzing technical requirements.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, and Information Technology.
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome, but 1 year of experience in handling the same post or any related experience is an advantage.
  • Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig City.
  • With a strong understanding of object-oriented programming.
  • Knowledge in C# (dot Net 3.5 to 4.5 and dot Net Core), WinForms, WPFMVC, with a good knowledge of its ecosystems.
  • Knowledge in Web Applications and programming languages such as HTML, HTML5, CSS, CSS3, ASP/. .NET, Balzor, .Net Core, JavaScript, JQuery, API's and Web User Interface Design (UI), and Security Principle is a plus.
  • Knowledge or hands-on design experience with Web Services (REST, SOAP, etc) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with MSSQL Server and other database applications.
  • Knowledgeable in code versioning tools/repository management.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to develop ideas and processes and clearly express them.
