Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Restaurant Manager located in Caloocan City. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction, managing staff hiring and training, and maintaining high food and beverage service standards. The role involves supervising staff, handling customer inquiries, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and driving sales and profitability.
Qualifications
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Hiring and Training staff
- Excellent Communication skills
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Previous experience in restaurant management is a plus
