ACCOUNTING MANAGER (HYBRID)

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with BIR, PEZA, BOI, and SEC regulations.
  • Manage tax filings and statutory reports.
  • Coordinate with auditors and government agencies.
  • Review financial statements in line with PFRS.
  • Supervise general accounting functions and month/year-end closing.
  • Prepare audit schedules and support inspections.
  • Monitor PEZA/BOI incentive compliance.
  • Implement internal controls for asset and data protection.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Lead and mentor the accounting team.
  • Handle general administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license required
  • At least 4 years of experience in accounting or audit, preferably with exposure to external audit or public accounting firms
  • Experience with PEZA and/or BOI-registered companies is highly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine tax regulations and statutory reporting requirements
  • Proficient in using accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks or similar ERP platforms)
  • Demonstrated leadership, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines effectively
