As a Product Manager Compliance based in Bonifacio Global City, you will immerse yourself in the heart of fintech innovation by guiding the design and optimisation of critical compliance-related features. Your day-to-day activities will involve working hand-in-hand with multidisciplinary teams to ensure every aspect of the user journey—from sign-up through KYC verification—is intuitive, secure, and compliant with evolving regulations. You will be responsible for analysing key operational metrics like KYC pass rates, conducting deep dives into customer behaviour, and synthesising insights from both data analytics and market research. By fostering open communication among stakeholders across Compliance, Engineering, Design, Customer Service, and Operations, you will help drive projects forward efficiently while always advocating for an excellent user experience. Your ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into practical product solutions will be essential as you contribute to scaling business operations throughout Southeast Asia. • Collaborate with Compliance, Engineering, and Design teams to conceptualise, develop, and refine user journeys from initial registration through comprehensive KYC procedures and subsequent touchpoints.
• Take full ownership of operational metrics related to compliance such as KYC pass rates, ensuring continuous improvement through careful monitoring and analysis.
• Utilise quantitative analysis alongside qualitative research—including competitor benchmarking and direct customer feedback—to inform strategic product decisions.
• Partner with stakeholders across multiple departments such as Compliance, Customer Service, Operations, and more to scale business operations while maintaining an unwavering focus on superior user experience.
• Champion the integration of regulatory requirements into product features without compromising usability or accessibility for end users.
• Drive initiatives that streamline onboarding processes for crypto exchanges and fintech applications tailored to the unique needs of the Philippines and broader Southeast Asian markets.
• Ensure all product enhancements are backed by robust data analysis, using hard metrics to validate assumptions and measure success.
• Facilitate regular communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
• Identify emerging trends in fintech compliance and proactively recommend solutions that keep the organisation ahead of regulatory changes.
• Support ongoing training efforts within the team by sharing insights on best practices in compliance-focused product management.

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical discipline such as Computer Science or a design-related field like Human-Computer Interaction provides a strong foundation for this role.

• Familiarity with onboarding processes for crypto exchanges or similar fintech applications ensures you can hit the ground running when optimising user flows.
