Job Overview:
We're looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Intern to support our rental and acquisition teams. This role involves cold calling leads, following up on inquiries, and coordinating property viewings — a perfect opportunity for those looking to gain hands-on experience in real estate sales while developing their professional skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Cold Calling: Reach out to potential leads, introduce our properties, and gauge their interest.
Follow-Ups: Maintain consistent communication with leads through calls, texts, and emails to keep them engaged and informed.
Appointment Setting: Schedule and organize property viewings, ensuring a seamless experience for potential renters and buyers.
CRM Management: Use CRM platforms like Go High Level (GHL), HubSpot, or Salesforce to manage and track leads, follow-ups, and appointments.
Data Organization: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activity in Google Sheets and CRM tools.
Google Sheets Expertise: Create, manage, and update reports, trackers, and data analysis using Google Sheets.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional support to prospects, answering their questions and addressing concerns in a timely, professional manner.

Qualifications:
College undergraduate or pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate, telemarketing, or customer service.
Must have strong knowledge and proficiency in Google Sheets (formulas, data management, and reporting).
Familiarity with CRM systems like GHL, HubSpot, or Salesforce is required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Confidence and resilience when handling cold calls and objections.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
A proactive, go-getter attitude with a passion for sales and real estate.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in real estate sales or property management.
Knowledge of sales pipelines and lead nurturing strategies.
Previous experience coordinating client appointments or property viewings.
