Job Title: Sales Representative / Client Relationship and Account Manager
Type: Independent Contractor | 8hrs Day – 160 Total Hours per Month
Compensation: $3.75USD-$8.00USD per Hour/ $600USD - $1280USD per Month (Depending on Proven Experience).
Location: Philippines Remote Work From Home | (U.S. Eastern Time availability preferred)
Additional: 13th month, Paid National Holiday Time Off, Paid Vacation Leave
Position Summary:
The Account Manager is a dual-role position responsible for managing customer relationships while driving new business growth. You will serve as the primary point of contact for both inbound clients and existing accounts, resolving issues, re-engaging inactive users, and ensuring long-term client satisfaction. Simultaneously, you'll work with the marketing and web operations teams to qualify leads, close sales, and manage client accounts in a professional development-focused SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Relations & Customer Service
• Respond to and resolve customer inquiries via email and phone (~50 per week).
• Contact expiring/cancelled customers monthly to reduce churn (~120/month).
• Troubleshoot technical and subscription issues and escalate when needed.
• Update customer records in Stripe, WordPress, and MailChimp.
• Provide customer insights during product, marketing, and web/app meetings.
• Maintain knowledge base and FAQs based on customer interactions.
Sales & Account Management
• Become a product expert in Soundview's summaries, webinars, and learning tools.
• Qualify and manage inbound sales leads using CRM tools.
• Communicate with prospects to understand needs and recommend solutions.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, negotiate pricing, and close deals.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction.
• Generate usage reports and suggest strategies to improve client engagement.
• Collaborate with channel partners, resellers, and internal teams.
• Create sales materials and marketing outreach content to support engagement.
Qualifications:
• 3 years of proven experience in Sales and Account Management.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Have a minimum English CEFR proficiency score of C1 Advanced (Upgrade to see actual info).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM tools and Adobe Creative Cloud a plus.
• Knowledge of Stripe, WordPress, and/or Mailchimp is a plus.
• Passport, or ability to obtain a Passport, to travel internationally if necessary.
Contract Terms
• Paid bi-weekly (1st and 15th U.S. business day). Direct payment through Upgrade to see actual info
• Must provide your own computer and maintain appropriate tools for remote work.
• Soundview will provide access to appropriate software such as Adobe, Microsoft 365, etc.
