  • Perform regular inspection, testing, and maintenance of electrical systems, including lighting, power distribution, and control systems.
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults, short circuits, and equipment failures promptly.
  • Install new wiring, outlets, lighting fixtures, and other electrical components as needed for building improvements or tenant requirements.
  • Monitor and maintain building generators, transformers, circuit breakers, and panels.
  • Ensure electrical systems comply with the Philippine Electrical Code (PEC), and DOLE/Fire Safety Standards.
  • Coordinate with contractors and suppliers for electrical works, materials, or equipment replacement.
  • Assist in energy management and conservation initiatives of the property.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance works, electrical usage, and equipment servicing.
  • Support other maintenance personnel (mechanical, plumbing,HVAC) in multi-disciplinary repair task.
  • Respond promptly to tenant service requests and emergencies, including power interruptions.

Job Type: Full-time
