Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any Engineering Course
  • At least 10 years of related work experience, at least five years of which in project management in a Manufacturing or semiconductor industry
  • Knowledge of the engineering and quality standards
  • Strong background in business planning, project management and financial analysis
  • Effective customer relations management skills
  • Strong leadership, effective presentation and strong decision making skills

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensures the planning, implementation, monitoring and control of projects, ensuring full satisfaction of the clients' needs.
  • Plans and manages the resource requirements of the projects, e.g. staff, CAPEX, materials, etc.
  • Ensures that the projects are managed within the approved policies and standards.
  • Responsible for the internal coordination with the client upon introduction of new processes and products or changes of the existing protocols.
  • Serves as the main interlocutor/interface between the customer and by challenging customer specification to fit with the company capabilities while engaging with the company expert on technicalities after own analysis/evaluation.
  • Ensures compliance with all applicable safety and health protocols in the workplace such as EHS, ISO, etc.
