The Mechanical Construction Project Manager oversees and manages all aspects of mechanical construction projects, ensuring successful project completion on time, within budget, and in accordance with specified quality standards. This role involves planning, coordinating, and leading project activities from conception to final delivery, working closely with clients, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.

Project Planning & Coordination:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, resources, and scope.
  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure all requirements are met.
  • Liaise with clients to understand project requirements and ensure expectations are managed and met.

HVAC System Design & Management:

  • Oversee the implementation and installation of HVAC systems, including VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow), Chiller Systems, and Ventilation Systems.
  • Ensure that HVAC systems meet industry standards and specific project requirements.

Team Leadership:

  • Supervise and lead project teams, including contractors, engineers, and site personnel.
  • Assign tasks, set deadlines, and monitor project progress to ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Facilitate team collaboration and address any conflicts or issues that may arise.

Project Execution & Monitoring:

  • Oversee day-to-day construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
  • Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress, safety, and quality.
  • Track project milestones, prepare status reports, and present updates to stakeholders.

Budget & Cost Control:

  • Manage project budgets and control costs, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
  • Approve project expenditures and manage any budgetary adjustments as needed.
  • Negotiate and coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors for competitive pricing.

Quality Assurance & Risk Management:

  • Ensure all work meets quality standards and project specifications.
  • Identify potential risks, implement mitigation plans, and conduct regular risk assessments.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and environmental standards.
