RKMedical Aesthetics is a physician-led medical aesthetic clinic committed to delivering safe, effective, and science-driven beauty and wellness solutions within the community. We are looking for a creative, organized, and results-driven Marketing Staff to support our growth, partnerships, and brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Programs & Campaigns

  • Develop, plan, and execute marketing programs, promotions, and seasonal campaigns to drive clinic awareness, patient acquisition, and sales
  • Assist in launching new services, packages, and special offers in coordination with the medical and operations teams
  • Track and report basic campaign performance and engagement metrics

Partnerships & Business Development

  • Identify, coordinate, and manage partnerships with influencers, corporate clients, nearby businesses, gyms, salons, and wellness partners
  • Support collaborations, tie-ups, and co-marketing initiatives that increase patient volume and revenue
  • Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and external partners for marketing materials and events

Social Media & Digital Marketing

  • Handle and manage the clinic's social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms as needed)
  • Create and schedule content including promotions, treatment features, patient education, events, and clinic announcements
  • Coordinate with doctors, aestheticians, and management for compliant and on-brand content
  • Respond to basic inquiries and coordinate leads with front desk or sales consultants

Coordination & Administrative Support

  • Coordinate marketing activities with internal teams (doctors, nurses, aestheticians, front desk)
  • Assist in organizing in-clinic events, open houses, and promotional activities
  • Ensure marketing materials are aligned with clinic branding, medical ethics, and regulatory guidelines

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred)
  • At least 1 year experience in marketing, social media management, or business development
  • (experience in aesthetic, healthcare, wellness, or beauty industry is an advantage)

  • Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills

  • Creative, proactive, and results-oriented mindset

  • Basic knowledge of social media platforms, content planning, and engagement strategies
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks

  • Willing to learn and work in a medical aesthetic and wellness environmentWhat We Offer
