Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Marketing Supervisor in the execution and coordination of marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Follow up with the Social Media Coordinator, other team members or departments for required reports, assets, and deliverables.
  • Compile, organize, and consolidate social media and campaign performance reports for review by the Marketing Supervisor
  • Assist in tracking marketing timelines, deadlines, and ongoing activities
  • Support event and marketing activations by helping coordinate logistics, materials, documentation, and post-event reports
  • Assist in managing marketing collaterals, including organizing files, coordinating printing, and maintaining updated materials
  • Conduct basic market research and data gathering as assigned by the Marketing Supervisor
  • Help maintain organized marketing records, trackers, and documentation
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for follow-ups and basic requirements, under the supervision of the Marketing Supervisor
  • Perform other marketing-related support tasks as may be assigned
  • All tasks should be performed in close coordination with and under the guidance of the Marketing Supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, Business, or a related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in a marketing or communications role is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Has a keen eye for branding, creatives, and visual consistency, can do basic layout/designs.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and strong in documentation and follow-through
  • Comfortable working with reports, trackers, and basic analytics
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and tools is a plus
