Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in electronics design, testing, and failure analysis.
  • Specialization in semiconductor device characterization and debugging for performance and reliability improvements.
  • Proficient in data analysis and statistical modeling using:
  • Python
  • SQL
  • Excel
  • MATLAB
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective in technical reporting and communication.
  • Familiarity with remote access tools such as AnyDesk.
  • Must be onsite in Bacolod.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform device testing and failure analysis.
  • Debug semiconductor issues to improve yield and reliability.
  • Communicate technical findings with actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process improvement.
  • Document and report findings clearly for stakeholders.
