Job Description

  1. Collaborates with engineers, architects, and anyone who may be involved in the project to determine the specifications of the project.

  2. Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities as necessary.

  3. Evaluates BOQ/BOM of 3rd Party Estimators.

  4. Prepares and sends RFI's to client/designer.

  5. Develops a comprehensive project plan, track the progress and effectively communicate the plan with the client and the team.

  6. Establishes benchmarks to evaluate the progress and status of the project.

  7. Estimates the duration of each step of the project thru the use of Gantt chart, S-Curve and other necessary tools to communicate to the client and team.

  8. Develops, maintains, evaluates and readjust project schedule as necessary to ensure timely delivery of the final project.

  9. Identifies risks and responds to potential issue throughout the life of the project to minimize potential negative impacts and help ensure the safety of the workers.

  10. Supervises workers gives guidance and provides assistance when necessary and is responsible that the project is adhering to health and safety standards and must report issues when they occur.

  11. Manages alterations to the project scope and adjust the overall plan to accommodate these changes. These alterations often stem from unforeseen circumstances and requires the project engineer to effectively redistribute the project resources.

  12. Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations.

  13. Tracks the spending and forecast changes to the budget of the project. Project engineer must prepare reports and inform the team about forecasts and keep tabs on the budget, and be prepared for unplanned costs.

  14. With experience in FITOUT.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
