Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales professionals in a tech-focused environment.
  • Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and implement strategies to improve productivity, utilization, and overall results.
  • Manage administrative and operational tasks including attendance, queue administration, and performance reporting.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand needs, resolve issues, and maintain strong professional relationships.
  • Analyze performance metrics to develop actionable insights and drive process improvements.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, recognition, and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Provide timely updates to leadership on team performance, challenges, and opportunities.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in tech or software/SaaS sales (1-2 years).
  • Strong management and leadership experience (3-5 years), with a track record of driving results.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer focus and ability to manage client relationships effectively.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage schedules and initiatives efficiently.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and a team player who builds trust and rapport with employees and stakeholders.
