Healthcare Customer Support Representative

Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM PST (San Diego)Total Weekly Hours: 40
This is an exciting opportunity to be the first point of contact for potential patients seeking medical care. In this role, you'll play a vital part in converting marketing-generated leads into scheduled consultations, directly impacting people's access to healthcare. Starting with approximately 12 new leads per day, you'll guide patients from initial contact through consultation follow-up, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience. As the company grows, this role offers strong potential for career advancement in the healthcare industry.
Responsibilities
Make professional outbound calls to engage prospective patients and establish first contact
Schedule and coordinate consultations between patients and physicians
Provide clear information and answer initial patient inquiries
Conduct follow-ups after consultations to ensure satisfaction and care continuity
Manage and organize the lead pipeline using HubSpot CRM
Deliver outstanding customer support during non-lead processing times
Send timely reminders and maintain ongoing patient communication
Collaborate with marketing to optimize conversion processes and patient experience
Requirements
Excellent English communication skills with a professional phone presence
Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
Strong customer service background with a patient-focused, empathetic approach
Ability to work PST hours consistently
Comfortable with outbound calling and handling sensitive patient questions
Basic understanding of healthcare/medical practices a plus (not required)
Reliable high-speed internet and professional home office setup
Flexibility to work a Monday–Saturday schedule
