Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input financial data into spreadsheets from raw documents
  • Assist in reconciling bank statements and ensuring that records are consistent with company financial accounts.
  • Help maintain and update general ledger entries, ensuring accuracy in account balances.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for financial documents, records, and receiptsProvide general administrative support to accounting team as needed.
  • Prepare and file BIR returns
  • Maintain organized records of tax filings, payments, and related correspondence for future reference and audits.
  • Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary tax-related documentation
  • Communicate with tax authorities regarding tax issues, notices, and requests for informationAssist in responding to audits or tax inquiries.
  • Data entry for SLSP and Alphalist data entry on the regular schedule

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of data.

Abilities:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

Education: Bachelor of Science in Accountancy graduate

Experience: Previous experience in accounting or finance (1-2 years preferred)

Must be willing to start ASAP

Must be amenable to work onsite in PASAY

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
