Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately input financial data into spreadsheets from raw documents
- Assist in reconciling bank statements and ensuring that records are consistent with company financial accounts.
- Help maintain and update general ledger entries, ensuring accuracy in account balances.
- Maintain organized filing systems for financial documents, records, and receiptsProvide general administrative support to accounting team as needed.
- Prepare and file BIR returns
- Maintain organized records of tax filings, payments, and related correspondence for future reference and audits.
- Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary tax-related documentation
- Communicate with tax authorities regarding tax issues, notices, and requests for informationAssist in responding to audits or tax inquiries.
- Data entry for SLSP and Alphalist data entry on the regular schedule
Skills:
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of data.
Abilities:
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Education: Bachelor of Science in Accountancy graduate
Experience: Previous experience in accounting or finance (1-2 years preferred)
Must be willing to start ASAP
Must be amenable to work onsite in PASAY
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
