Now. We are currently seeking a motivated Quality Analyst to join our growing team in the Cebu City, Philippines. Role Overview:We're looking for a Quality Analyst to help improve the tools used to extract data from medical records.

In this role, you will test the systems that the clinical operations team depends on to collect, label, and review patient data. Your main responsibility will be to find and report bugs, identify workflow problems, and help improve efficiency. You will work closely with internal teams at the intersection of healthcare and technology.

Your efforts will ensure our tools are reliable and scalable, helping turn real-world patient data into valuable insights for research, treatment improvement, and beyond. Key ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough manual testing of clinical data systems to identify bugs, usability issues, and workflow inefficiencies. Develop and execute test cases that simulate real-world data review and clinical workflows.

Validate software functionality against healthcare data annotation standards and operational requirements. Collaborate with engineering and product teams to automate test processes, enhance QA efficiency, and improve tool performance. Analyze, maintain, and track software defects and issues, providing detailed reports and recommendations.Plan and design test strategies, QA procedures, and test documentation.

Summarize validation results and communicate testing status with stakeholders and project team members. Must-Have Qualifications:Experience testing tools, systems, or data workflows, with a focus on identifying bugs and improving functionality. Comfort working with structured data (e.g. spreadsheets, JSON, form-based inputs)Ability to create and execute detailed test plans and test cases.

Analytical mindset with curiosity to investigate root causes and suggest improvements. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality, accurate work

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:Experience working with healthcare data standards (e.g. FHIR, SNOMED, LOINC).Exposure to QA methodologies such as regression testing, test planning, or automation frameworks

Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g. JIRA)Experience in clinical data abstraction, clinical operations, or software testing for healthcare workflows
