ACCOUNTING CLERK
A Manila-based social enterprise with 25 years of experience partnering with LGUs and the Department of Health (DOH) to improve access to essential medicines—especially in underserved and hard-to-reach communities—is urgently looking for a dedicated Accounting Clerk.
We are committed to supporting the implementation of the Universal Health Care Law by ensuring continuous access to medicines, especially in public health facilities that serve the poorest Filipinos.

Main Responsibility
The Accounting Clerk will support the Finance and Admin team by assisting with day-to-day accounting functions. This includes accurate and timely encoding of transactions, documentation, and helping ensure compliance with statutory and internal financial requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Encode and record daily financial transactions.
- Assist in the preparation and filing of statutory reports (BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, etc.).
- Support the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Help process payments, disbursements, and reimbursements.
- Maintain orderly filing of accounting documents and receipts.
- Assist in financial monitoring.
Qualifications & Qualities
- Graduate of any business-related course (e.g., Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Management, etc.).
- Previous experience in accounting or bookkeeping roles is an advantage.
- Experience in a similar accounting or bookkeeping role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software (Sage50 or others is a plus).
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Honest, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Willing to work with and support initiatives aimed at helping the poor.
- Professional, dependable, and a team player.
