General Summary: Responsible for the safe end to end company deliveries and maintenance of company vehicle used.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Operate vehicle in a safe and courteous manner; practice defensive driving all times;
  • Provide communication link between immediate superior staffs
  • Keep the assigned vehicle(s) clean inside and outside
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records on trip sheets, customer transportation forms, vehicle maintenance, fuel purchases, incident reports, accident reports, vehicle condition reports and other records that are requested from management.
  • Perform minor maintenance tasks on assigned vehicle(s) as required.
  • Fuel the assigned vehicle(s).
  • Coordinate the schedule for major or periodic vehicle maintenance with management and staff to minimize service interruptions
  • Ensure that assigned schedules is completed and reported.
  • Ensure documents are safely returned to the office.
  • Establish effective professional relationships with customers, co-workers, and upper level staffs and employees.
  • Plan Route and requirements by studying schedule or ad-hoc requests by the office.
  • Fulfill requests by the office by picking up and delivering items as directed and running errands
  • Perform other duties assigned.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php15, Php16,000.00 per month
