Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for the safe, timely, and efficient transport of company personnel, documents, and goods as required. The role ensures proper maintenance and cleanliness of the assigned vehicle and full compliance with traffic laws and company policies. The driver represents the company professionally and supports various administrative and operational functions.

  • Drive company personnel to and from meetings, plant sites, government offices, or other official destinations.
  • Transport company goods, materials, and documents between branches, suppliers, customers, or partners.
  • Run administrative errands (e.g., bank transactions, government agency visits like SSS, Pag-IBIG, BIR, etc.).
  • Conduct daily vehicle inspections and ensure vehicle is clean, in good working condition, and ready for use.
  • Schedule and coordinate regular preventive maintenance (e.g., oil change, tune-up).
  • Immediately report any vehicle issues or required repairs.
  • Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel usage, and repairs.
  • Comply with all traffic laws, parking regulations, and company driving policies.
  • Ensure the safety of passengers and cargo at all times.
  • Provide assistance during company events or special projects.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor or department head.

Qualifications:

  • At least High School Graduate.
  • Must have a valid Professional Driver's License (Restrictions 1, 2, and preferably 3).
  • With at least 2 years of experience as a company or service driver.
  • Must be familiar with routes and traffic laws within Metro Manila and nearby provinces.
  • With clean driving record and strong sense of responsibility.
  • Physically fit and able to lift or carry small packages.
  • Trustworthy, punctual, and able to maintain confidentiality.
  • Willing to work extended hours, holidays, or weekends when needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php695.00 per month
