Position Title: Company Driver (Onsite Driving Service)

Department: Administration / Operations

Reports To: HR & Admin Head

Location: Onsite

Job Summary

The Company Driver is responsible for providing safe, efficient, and reliable driving services to support company operations, including the transport of employees, guests, documents, and materials. The role ensures timely pick-up and drop-off schedules while maintaining the assigned vehicle in excellent working condition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely operate company vehicles to transport employees, guests, or materials to designated locations.
  • Provide onsite driving support for project, client, or operational requirements.
  • Ensure punctuality in all pick-up and drop-off schedules.
  • Maintain cleanliness and good condition of the assigned vehicle at all times (interior and exterior).
  • Conduct regular vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues or maintenance needs immediately.
  • Ensure all transport activities comply with traffic laws and company safety policies.
  • Assist with delivery and collection of documents, supplies, or other company items as instructed.
  • Monitor fuel usage, mileage, and maintenance schedules; maintain vehicle logbook records.
  • Support other administrative and operational errands as required.
  • Perform other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

  • At least High School graduate or equivalent.
  • With valid Professional Driver's License (Restriction 1, 2, and 3 preferred).
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a company or private driver; onsite or field service driving experience an advantage.
  • Familiar with Metro Manila and nearby provincial routes.
  • Physically fit and with good eyesight.
  • Must have a clean driving record and strong sense of responsibility.
  • Punctual, trustworthy, and able to maintain confidentiality.
  • Willing to work onsite, flexible hours, weekends, or holidays when required.

Working Conditions

  • Based onsite or at project locations as required.
  • May include early morning, late evening, or weekend work depending on company needs.
  • Reports daily to the assigned supervisor or designated point of contact.
