Olive Company Inc., also known as Jolly Brand, is a trusted distributor of top pet accessory brands such as Gnawlers, Bioline, KONG, and Ibiyaya. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to support our growing sales team


Position Summary:

As an Assistant Sales Coordinator, you will support the sales team by handling administrative tasks, coordinating orders, and ensuring smooth communication between internal departments and clients. You will also assist with sales and marketing initiatives and help drive operations both in the office and in the field.


What We Are Looking For:


• Undergrad (college, not yet finished), Vocational / High School (old curriculum), or Senior High School (SHS / K-12)

• At least 1 year experience in sales, marketing, or sales coordination (fresh graduates may apply)

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Detail-oriented and able to work independently

• Willing to do field work and travel to client locations or sales areas as needed
