Responsibilities:

  • Preparation, planning, and checking of E&I Construction Drawings related to Bidding Projects such as; Main Cable Route Drawing, Cable Tray Layout, Equipment Arrangement Drawing, Cable Tray Size Calculation, Cable Sizing, etc. for Waste-to-Energy Plants, Oil & Gas Processing Plants, and other Environmental/Energy related plants.
  • Preparation of Material Take-Off, Cost Estimates, Bill of Quantity.
  • Understanding of bidding related references such as Input Output List, Instrument List, Motor List, Flow Sheet/Process Diagram, Piping and Instrumentation Diagram Panel Loading Data, etc.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of BS Electrical Eng'g. PRC Licensed Electrical Engineer.
  • With at least 5 years of work experience as an Electrical & Instrumentation Construction Design Engineer in industrial plant projects.
  • Proficient or having experience in Material Take-Off, Cost Estimates, and Bill of Quantity is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD software.
  • Well-versed in local and international design codes such as IEC, ANSI, NEMA, JIS, and others.
  • Must be willing to be dispatched in Japan JFE headquarter office (at least 1 month to 6 months as project-in-charge).
  • Must be willing and interested to work with Japanese counterparts.
  • Must be willing to study and learn the Japanese language to be able to communicate with Japanese counterparts/subcontractors.
