Key Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to potential and existing clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships while understanding their needs.
  • Present and promote products/services to generate sales.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to improve strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, telesales, or inside sales (BPO experience is a plus).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Ability to handle objections and maintain professionalism.
  • Goal-driven, self-motivated, and resilient.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
