Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projects.
  • Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications
  • Communicates with clients on project concerns such as inspections, billings, proposals, budgets, schedules
  • Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel's performance) and report regularly on project status
  • Evaluates the performance of subordinates and personnel
  • Provide meeting with subcontractors regarding project concerns
  • Implementation of QA/QC policies and plan specifications
  • Reviews and approves subcontractor material request for handled projects
  • Observes sound housekeeping practices (5-S) in performing the work at the assigned project site
  • Prepare Developers Billing, Accomplishment Report, Review of subcon's accomplishment billing, Project Budget, Material Control Sheet, Cost Proposal and Work Order
  • Keep an accurate log of all works
  • Perform a range of duties and responsibilities that can differ from day to day depending on the jobs that they are assigned.

Skills Requirement:

  • Can bring together all aspects of a project, such as resources or planning, that are needed to complete it efficiently and promptly.
  • Establishes effective control systems and rules.
  • Identifies complex problems and reviews related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
  • Driving with Driver's license.

Educational Attainment:

  • At least a graduate of Civil Engineering, with appropriate PRC license.

Experience and Training:

  • At least 2-3 years related work experience.
