Hiring: Handyman / All-Around Maintenance Worker

We're looking for a reliable and skilled Handyman to handle repairs, cleaning, installations, and routine maintenance of our facilities and equipment. The ideal candidate is hands-on and knowledgeable in multiple trades.

Key Qualifications:

  • High school graduate
  • Can create a daily maintenance plan and task list
  • With knowledge/experience in:
  • Painting, welding, carpentry
  • Plumbing, electronics, electrical work
  • Air-conditioning & basic networking
  • NC II certification is an advantage
  • Can start Asap
  • must know how to make quotation for job order
  • must know the scope of work for maintenance tasks
  • must know how to coordinate with housekeeping staff and gardeners
  • Must know how to keep an inventory and monitor inventory and familiarise with existing inventory.
  • must be a team player
  • must be able to support the maintenance team - cover for day off.
