Senior Manager

The Senior Manager (Business Excellence & Strategic Initiatives), is a high-impact contributor responsible for driving measurable improvements in revenue, quality, innovation, and operational performance across NAS Project Services, while leading the Operations Support team. This role partners across functions to lead process optimization, strategic projects, and business transformation delivering business outcomes through influence, expertise, and collaboration. The Senior Manager shapes team culture, develops talent, and ensures the Ops Support team evolves from task delivery to proactive, consultative partnership. In this role, you will serve as a strategic partner and catalyst for operational excellence across NAS Project Servicesproactively identifying opportunities, solving complex business challenges, and driving initiatives that elevate revenue, quality, and innovation. You and your team are entrusted with advancing the businesss reputation for service excellence and measurable results, directly impacting both client experience and internal performance. Each day, youll leverage your expertise in project management, process improvement, stakeholder influence, and people leadership to set the direction for high-impact initiatives, collaborate across teams, and ensure alignment with business priorities. Youll create an environment where the Operations Support team is empowered to anticipate needs, contribute solutions, and continuously grow. Youll facilitate solution design, champion best practices, and deliver executive-ready recommendationsacting as a bridge between strategic vision and operational execution.

Bachelors degree in Business, Operations, or related field (Masters preferred) 7+ years experience in process improvement, strategic initiatives, or project management in a services or operations environment Demonstrated success in driving revenue, quality, or innovation through cross-functional projects Strong analytical, facilitation, and executive communication skills Experience developing talent and shifting team mindset from task delivery to proactive partnership Ability to influence without authority and deliver results through others BONUS POINTS FOR THESE:Preferred Qualifications Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies Project Management Professional (PMP)
