RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for ordering all DS customer orders, thru PO creation on IMS;

  • Responsible for sending orders to all international and local suppliers;

  • Replenishes and monitors inventory for Direct Sales;

  • Coordinates with DS Managers for special discount from all suppliers;

  • Work closely with DS BIO with regards to processing customer orders accordingly coming from shipment;

  • Analyzes consumer buying patterns by means of sales history and predicting future trends through research;

  • Perform other duties assigned by the DS Managers

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of any 4 year course;

  • Proficient in the use of Word and Excel;

  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Tagalog;

  • With at least 1 year related experience
