Welder/Fabricator

Education / Certification:

• At least High School graduate or equivalent.
• Must possess TESDA NC II in Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) or equivalent welding certification.
• Additional certifications (e.g., NC III, MIG/TIG welding) are an advantage.

Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year relevant work experience as a welder in construction, fabrication, or related industry.
• Experience in elevator/structural steel fabrication and installation is a plus.

Skills / Competencies:

• Ability to read and interpret welding symbols, technical drawings, and blueprints.
• Proficient in different welding techniques and use of welding/cutting equipment.
• Knowledge of workplace safety standards and proper use of PPE.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate and durable welds.
• Good physical stamina, manual dexterity, and hand-eye coordination.

Other Requirements:

• Must be willing to work on project sites and travel when required.
• Physically fit and capable of handling heavy tools, equipment, and materials.
• Can work with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
• Willing to render overtime, weekend, or holiday work when necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php Php750.00 per day
