Business Development Associate (Entry-Level)

Job Summary:

The Business Development Associate supports the Business Development team through administrative work, lead generation assistance, and sales support activities. This is an entry-level position ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to develop a career in sales and business development within a construction-related environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Business Development team

  • Assist in lead generation by researching potential clients, projects, and opportunities

  • Maintain and update lead databases, CRM systems, and client records

  • Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, presentations, and sales documents

  • Coordinate with internal teams to support client requirements and inquiries

  • Schedule meetings, follow-ups, and client appointments

  • Monitor and track leads, inquiries, and sales activities

  • Prepare basic reports on business development performance and activities

  • Handle incoming client inquiries and ensure proper follow-up

  • Perform other tasks related to sales and business development support as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

  • Civil Engineering graduate is highly preferred

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

  • Strong personality with interest and confidence in sales and client-facing roles

  • Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling administrative tasks

  • Proficient in MS Office applications

  • Willingness to learn technical aspects of the business and sales processes
