VIDEO & GRAPHIC DESIGN CREATOR – REMOTE (FULL TIME)


About the Role

We are seeking a highly creative video and graphic designer who can turn marketing briefs into polished content across video, motion, and digital design. This role supports podcasts, direct response campaigns, recruiting efforts, newsletters, and other digital brand initiatives. The ideal candidate is self-directed, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently within existing brand standards and creative workflows.


Core Responsibilities
Video & Motion
  • Produce full-length podcast episodes (video & audio).
  • Edit short-form clips (9:16 and 16:9) with captions, b-roll, and light animation.
  • Create engaging hook reels for intros.
  • Mix clean audio using provided frameworks; perform basic color correction and loudness balancing.
  • Edit video ads for funnels, landing pages, recruiting, and lead magnets.
  • Use After Effects to produce motion graphics, explainer animation, text animations, and infographics (templates allowed).
Design & Branding
  • Design high-click-through-rate thumbnails for podcasts and short-form social clips.
  • Create static media for funnels, ads, carousels, newsletters, and social platforms.
  • Provide assets sized per platform specifications (YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, website).
  • Design creative for lead magnets and newsletters.
Web & General Creative Support
  • Understand CRM platforms (preferred: Go High Level).
  • Design and build newsletters within CRM.
  • Maintain organized project files in the cloud.
  • Join twice-weekly virtual stand-ups for creative review.
  • Work independently from written briefs or recorded instructions and ask clarifying questions when needed.

Required Software Skills
  • Video Editing (NLE): DaVinci Resolve preferred, or Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Motion & Visuals: After Effects.
  • Design: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator (InDesign is a plus).
  • Captions: OpusClip or built templates.
  • Project Tools: Google Drive, Trello.

What Makes You a Great Fit
  • Excellent English comprehension and communication.
  • High attention to detail in typography, layout, brand consistency, and formatting.
  • Able to overlap at least 4 hours with US Eastern Time (Mon–Fri).
  • Works comfortably with deadlines, systems, and checklists.
  • Has strong hardware and stable high-speed internet; calibrated workflow preferred.

Bonus Skills
  • Experience packaging full podcast content (titles, hooks, descriptions, chaptering, etc.).
  • Experience designing landing pages or funnel visuals.
  • Familiarity with B2B service marketing or trades-focused industries.
