Job Description
Are you passionate about driving impactful IT projects and shaping the future of communication applications? We're looking for a proactive and results-oriented IT Consultant to join our team. In this role, you'll take ownership of projects, manage stakeholders with confidence, and ensure the successful implementation of scalable, high-quality solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Drive IT Projects End-to-End: Lead communication application projects with full ownership—from planning to implementation—ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business needs.
• Manage Stakeholders & Vendors: Coordinate internal teams and external partners, keeping communication transparent and focused on results.
• Ensure Scalable Solutions: Align technical standards with business processes to deliver maintainable and future-proof solutions.
• Control Budgets & Resources: Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and procurement processes to ensure financial reliability and efficiency.
• Maintain Operational Excellence: Safeguard service continuity and system stability through structured problem-solving and proactive change management.
• Promote Knowledge Sharing: Foster continuous learning and cross-team collaboration by leveraging lessons learned and staying up to date with industry trends.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Economics, Information Technology, Communications, or a related field
• Several years of professional experience in IT or communication-related roles
• Proven track record in leading complex projects from concept to implementation
• Experience working in global, cross-functional teams
• Passion for innovation, AI and emerging technologies in the field of communication
• Business fluent in English (written & spoken)
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to drive topics independently
• High level of initiative, ownership, and solution orientation
• Transparent and effective communicator with a hands-on mindset
