The Food Laboratory Technician for our Human Nutrition Innovation Hub plays a crucial role in ensuring compliance, efficiency, and quality across our regulatory & laboratory operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting regulatory requirements, driving faster R&D execution, assisting in customer audits, and strengthening QA/QC functions to enhance customer trust and satisfaction.

Responsibilities


• Regulatory Compliance
: Ensure FDA regulatory compliance for at least 30 Certificates of Product Registration (CPRs) for 2026.


• Laboratory & R&D Activities:
Support laboratory operations and R&D initiatives, targeting a 30–50% faster project turnaround


• Customer Audits:
Assist during customer audits by ensuring documentation, processes, and facilities are audit-ready, contributing to improved customer confidence and satisfaction.


• QA/QC Support
: Responsible in maintaining product quality standards, implement corrective actions, and reinforce audit readiness for improved customer retention and satisfaction

Profile


• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology , Chemistry, Biology, or related field.


• Minimum 1 year relevant experience


• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply but with preference to those with internship experience.


• Knowledge of FDA regulatory compliance and product registration processes is an advantage.


• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
