We are looking for an energetic and forward-thinking Senior Executive (Business Development & MarComm) to join our team. This is a high-impact role for a strategic communicator and marketer who is eager to expand our regional footprint, strengthen brand presence, and engage stakeholders across diverse markets. You'll work closely with leadership to craft business development strategies, spearhead marketing initiatives, and deliver communication campaigns that resonate with clients, investors, and employees alike.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Market Expansion

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and unlock new opportunities in both B2B and B2C markets.
  • Support market entry strategies through competitive research, digital marketing campaigns, and targeted outreach efforts.
  • Contribute to business growth initiatives to introduce company solutions to new audiences and markets.

Marketing & Brand Visibility

  • Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, website, and offline channels.
  • Drive brand awareness through the effective use of SEO, SEM, and data-driven campaign optimization.
  • Utilize CRM and CMS platforms to generate qualified leads, nurture stakeholder relationships, and track engagement metrics.

Stakeholder & Media Engagement

  • Strengthen relationships with investors, partners, and media stakeholders through compelling communication strategies.
  • Draft and release press materials, thought-leadership articles, and corporate announcements to reinforce brand positioning.

Strategic Communication & Culture

  • Ensure all internal and external communications are aligned with corporate objectives and core values.
  • Collaborate with senior management to deliver consistent messaging across departments and regions.
  • Partner with HR to promote a strong employer brand and drive internal engagement initiatives.

What We're Looking For

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in marketing, communications, or business development, with a proven track record of success in both B2B and B2C environments.
  • Expertise: Strong hands-on skills in SEO, SEM, digital campaign management, CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Sitecore), and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Communication: Excellent writing, storytelling, and presentation abilities, with the capacity to craft compelling messages that inspire action.
  • Mindset: Strategic and analytical thinker with strong project management capabilities; adaptable, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
