Job Description:

We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and efficient Server/Cashier to join our team at our coffee shop. This role is the first point of contact for our customers and is key to providing a welcoming and positive experience. You'll be responsible for greeting guests, taking and processing orders, handling payments, and assisting with order fulfillment and cleanliness of the service area.

  • Greet customers in a warm, friendly manner
  • Take orders accurately using the POS system
  • Handle cash, credit card, and mobile payments
  • Communicate special requests or modifications clearly to the barista team
  • Prepare basic items (e.g., pastries, cold drinks) if required
  • Maintain a clean and organized cashier area and dining space
  • Restock napkins, straws, utensils, and takeaway items as needed
  • Call out or deliver customer orders promptly and politely
  • Handle customer questions and resolve minor complaints or refer to supervisor
  • Follow all food safety and hygiene standards

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous experience in a cashier or customer service role (preferred but not required)
  • Basic math and money-handling skills
  • Comfortable using POS systems or willingness to learn
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude
  • Punctual, responsible, and detail-oriented

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php540.00 per day
