Our client is a rapidly growing leader in the online home furnishings and furniture industry. This is a fast-paced, entrepreneurial company committed to excellence and innovation, with a mission to move quickly and deliver unique, beautiful, and affordable furniture globally.
We are seeking a highly analytical, results-oriented E-Commerce Account Lead to be the driving force behind our online sales performance with key North American retailers. This is a critical Individual Contributor (IC) role where your expertise will directly impact the bottom line. You'll be working with a team of committed and talented partners who want to see you succeed.
Key Responsibilities
As the E-Commerce Account Lead, you will take full ownership of driving the growth strategy for our client's major online retail accounts.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop, implement, and own strategies to aggressively drive and accelerate digital revenue growth across assigned key North American e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Target, Wayfair, Walmart, Home Depot).
- Performance Analysis: Utilize advanced analytical skills to conduct deep dives into sales metrics, including profitability, ROI, and forecasting. Translate data insights into actionable strategies and present clear reports to stakeholders.
- Account Management: Manage all day-to-day operations and activities on major retailer portals, including promotional planning, content optimization, pricing strategy, inventory monitoring, and sales reporting.
- Operational Planning: Transform high-level company strategy and vision into concrete, tactical execution plans for your accounts.
- Project Management: Prioritize and manage multiple complex e-commerce projects simultaneously, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately, on time, and within budget parameters.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the main point of contact for internal teams (logistics, marketing, product) and external retailer partners to ensure a cohesive and seamless online shopping experience for the customer.
We are looking for a professional with experience in a similar role within E-commerce Account Management, with a proven track record of driving accelerated digital revenue growth.
Non-Negotiable Core Requirements
- Platform Expertise is Mandatory: 2+ years hands-on experience managing marketplace accounts in North America (e.g., Amazon, Wayfair, Walmart, Target, Home Depot, Ashley Furniture, Kohls, Lowes, etc.). Applications without this specific experience will not be considered.
- Operational & Financial Mastery: Proven experience in Promo Planning, Forecasting, and Profitability Tracking is required.
- Data Mastery: High proficiency in Excel (including pivot tables, margin and ROI analysis) is mandatory; proficiency in PowerPoint and demonstrable experience using Power BI are also required.
- Experience: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and exposure to cross-functional collaboration with product, content, and operations teams.
- Mindset: Commercial and growth-oriented mindset-understands pricing, margin, and sales drivers.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical ability and comfort with making data-driven decisions.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organization skills (able to plan/execute pro-actively) and the exceptional ability to multitask, prioritize workload effectively, and consistently meet demanding deadlines.
- Communication: Clear and professional written and verbal English communication for external and internal co-ordination.
- Collaboration: A collaborative team player who can work effectively with different teams.
- Industry Bonus: Prior experience in the furniture industry and/or overseeing PPC ad campaigns is a strong plus.
- Location: Work from home
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday. The standard shift will be approximately 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM PHT (Philippine Time) to align with our client's Toronto (Canada) and UK teams.
