Work Schedule: 5-day work week

As a Maintenance Engineer, you will coordinate and execute the maintenance programs and activities to support the company's goal to increase equipment uptime.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Conducts regular inspections, emergency and planned maintenance, and repairs of equipment, facilities, and systems to ensure optimal functionality, reliability, and safety.
  • Operates and ensures timely availability of utility equipment such as (but not limited to) Medium Voltage Switchgear, Air Compressors, Fire Pumps, Generators, Waste Water Treatment Plant, etc.
  • Implements safety and housekeeping standards, ensuring that the monthly target index is met and resolves audit action items in a timely manner.
  • Identifies opportunities and implements projects to improve equipment reliability, maintenance processes, and efficiency.

To succeed and grow in this role, you will be required to meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or similar field).
  • At least two (2) years of relevant work experience in the manufacturing industry environment.
  • Proficiency in Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), Human-Machine Interface (HMI), Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA), Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) Programming and Commissioning.
  • Proficiency in Computer Aided Design (CAD) Drafting.
  • Proficient in plastic injection mold measurements (nominal and tolerance values), maintenance and safekeeping.
  • Ability to operate maintenance power tools and test instruments.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, electrical diagrams, process and instrumentation diagrams.
  • Ability to work in MS Office / Google Suite environment.
  • Willing to be assigned in Calumpit, Bulacan.
