  • Engage with customers online by promptly responding to inquiries, comments, and messages across platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada.
  • Host live selling sessions confidently, showcasing products, answering real-time questions, and encouraging purchases through engaging on-camera interaction.
  • Achieve online sales targets through effective upselling, cross-selling, and clear communication of product features and promotions.
  • Process and confirm customer orders accurately, including sending proof of orders via photos/videos, and ensuring correct item packing and labeling.
  • Coordinate order fulfillment and logistics, track deliveries, and provide timely updates to customers to ensure smooth transaction flow.
  • Handle post-sale support, including returns, complaints, and incident reports (e.g., Return-to-Seller or damaged items), in a professional manner.
  • Monitor and maintain reports on online sales, returns, incidents, and customer concerns to support performance tracking and analysis.
  • Collaborate with the Operations and Marketing teams to plan promotions, improve live selling strategies, and enhance overall online customer experience.
