**Schedule: 1am - 5am PHT (Tuesday - Saturday)

What are we looking for?**

  • Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and/or Figma
  • Strong understanding of social media trends, tone, and brand differentiation
  • Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
  • Strong visual eye and portfolio demonstrating brand diversity
  • Organized, fast, and able to manage multiple brand calendars simultaneously
  • Comfort using Slack, Google Drive, and other collaboration tools
  • Reliable turnaround times and openness to feedback
  • Basic video editing or animation for reels/stories
  • Experience with analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Later, Buffer, etc.)

What will you do?

Graphic Design

  • Design branded assets for multiple businesses — spanning fitness, lifestyle, apparel, and e commerce.
  • Social media content (carousels, memes, reels thumbnails)
  • Product mockups (apparel, golf gear, gym signage)
  • Marketing collateral (flyers, posters, business cards)
  • Website banners, email graphics, and digital ads
  • Maintain brand consistency while customizing creative per business.
  • Prepare designs for both print and digital use.
  • Collaborate with virtual assistants, marketing team members, and the founder.
  • Receive and quickly implement design revisions.

Social Media Management

  • Plan, schedule, and publish weekly content for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Repurpose existing assets (photos, reviews, testimonials) into posts, reels, and stories.
  • Write captions and calls-to-action aligned with each brand's voice and audience.
  • Maintain and manage a content calendar across all brands.
  • Monitor engagement (DMs, comments), respond to followers, and flag important messages.
  • Track performance metrics and prepare basic engagement reports.
  • Occasionally assist with influencer collaborations and giveaways.
  • Research and recommend trending content ideas or formats.
