PRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF POSITION

The Operations and Restaurant Manager leads and manages restaurant, overseeing restaurants, amenities, and operational strategies. He/She ensures quality standards, and manages recreational facilities. He/She also focuses on staff training and development, creating a skilled and motivated workforce. With warmth and professionalism, he/she aims to provide exceptional guest service and memorable experiences.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or relevant discipline
  • Minimum of 3 years of Food & Beverage managerial experience
  • Good knowledge of the hotel and F&B operations
  • Good English communication skills
  • Computer literate
  • Possess professional disposition with interpersonal skills
