As an Operations Manager I in our Mortgage and Home Equity division, you will oversee a team of Associate Operations Supervisors. You will lead efforts in managing and processing loans, focusing on Escrow Servicing, Centralized Quality, and Vendor Audit work groups. You will work closely with domestic partners and senior leaders to identify opportunities for efficiency and goal attainment. Your role is pivotal in fostering a culture of excellence and driving continuous improvement.
Job Responsibilities:
- Leads and inspires a team of Associate Operations Supervisors.
- Directs efforts in managing and processing mortgage and home equity loans.
- Focuses on Escrow Servicing, Centralized Quality, and Vendor Audit work groups.
- Exhibits exceptional communication skills.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in mortgage and home equity loan processing.
- Analytical acumen and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong focus on achieving organizational goals.
- Experience in managing Escrow Servicing and Vendor Audit work groups.
- Ability to engage with senior leaders and domestic partners.
- Demonstrated capacity for strategic thinking and planning.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Experience in Centralized Quality management.
- Familiarity with auditing functions within the mortgage industry.
- Advanced degree in business or related field.
- Certification in operations management or related discipline.

- Knowledge of industry best practices and trends.
Strong track record of driving continuous improvement initiatives.
