Sales Supervisor

- Understand clients' insurance needs and provide appropriate product recommendations and support.
- Supervise and guide insurance sales agents to meet performance targets.
- Coordinate and manage daily schedules and activities of the sales team.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, referrals, and lead generation platforms.
- Monitor and report on all insurance sales leads and customer inquiries.
- Support the team during the sales process, especially in closing insurance policies.
- Ensure accurate and timely follow-up with potential and existing clients.
- Track individual and team sales performance on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Ensure the team meets or exceeds insurance sales quotas and company targets.
- Assist with training and development of sales staff to improve product knowledge and selling techniques.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field).
- Minimum of two (2) years' experience in insurance sales, customer service, or a related supervisory role.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team in a performance-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of insurance products, sales processes, and regulatory requirements.
- Goal-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze sales metrics and develop strategies to improve team performance.
