  • Understand clients' insurance needs and provide appropriate product recommendations and support.
  • Supervise and guide insurance sales agents to meet performance targets.
  • Coordinate and manage daily schedules and activities of the sales team.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, referrals, and lead generation platforms.
  • Monitor and report on all insurance sales leads and customer inquiries.
  • Support the team during the sales process, especially in closing insurance policies.
  • Ensure accurate and timely follow-up with potential and existing clients.
  • Track individual and team sales performance on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • Ensure the team meets or exceeds insurance sales quotas and company targets.
  • Assist with training and development of sales staff to improve product knowledge and selling techniques.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field).
  • Minimum of two (2) years' experience in insurance sales, customer service, or a related supervisory role.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team in a performance-driven environment.
  • Strong understanding of insurance products, sales processes, and regulatory requirements.
  • Goal-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales metrics and develop strategies to improve team performance.
